Lesson 4: Action Step

Goal: become more aware of how your mind is mentally reacting to your cycle and learn how to harness your creativity.

For the next week, your Action Step is to use the worksheet below and write down one thing that you have felt mentally each day and why you might be feeling that way mentally.  You can fill in the worksheet online and save it straight to your computer or you can print the worksheet and write your answers in the blank spaces provided.

Potential mental feelings: grateful, distracted, insecure, confident etc.
