Everyone's day looks incredibly different, and our lunches tend to reflect that. Consider what your schedule looks like on a daily basis:

  • Are you at school?
  • Can you cook?
  • Do you need it to be something you can pack the night before?
  • What kind of foods are going to make you satisfied and keep you full?

Choose one of the Lunch Recipes provided in this course or build your own Lunch!

If you choose a recipe, try to select a recipe that corresponds to which phase of your cycle you are currently experiencing. If you choose to build your own Lunch, make sure to select a protein, carb, and fat. Write down the ingredients and any cooking instructions using the worksheet below.
