Goal: become more aware of how our body is reacting to our cycle and learn how to slow down.

For the next week, your Action Step is to use the worksheet below and write down a word that best associates with what your body is feeling each day when you wake up and also when you are going to sleep. You can fill in the worksheet online and save it straight to your computer or you can print the worksheet and write your answers in the blank spaces provided.
