Lesson 5: Action Step

Breakfast, while one of my favorite meals, typically lacks a balanced plate or lacks happening at all. With a busy schedule or a rushed morning and without proper planning, it's a tall task to eat a balanced breakfast. Take the time now to find a breakfast meal that can be prepared the night before, quickly in the morning, or maybe a meal that you would want to make when you have a longer morning.

If you choose a recipe, try to select a recipe that corresponds to which phase of your cycle you are currently experiencing. If you choose to build your own Breakfast Plate, make sure to select a protein, carb, and fat. Write down the ingredients and any cooking instructions using the worksheet below.
