In my personal experience, confidence is when I feel most like myself. I'm dressing in a way that feels like me, I'm eating foods I enjoy and that nourish my body, I'm being active in some way shape or form, when I'm being creative and working towards my goals, or when I'm surrounded by people that energize me and bring me joy. It should be fun to figure out what all of this looks like for you. Learn to pay attention to little things throughout your day that you do, or that others do, that make you feel more confident!
